Da Hell @ the Scale?!?!?

Hello and Good Morning...today is the day that I've decided to transform my body. I going to start the coach to Atkin's, 5k Program, ChaLean Extreme and protective style for my LHCF friends.

I'll post my stats tomorrow morning. With weight measurements and so on. I plan to update my weight every Monday morning and my measurments at the 30 day mark of ChaLean.

So far the changes today that I've made are eating. For now on I plan to bring my lunch from home that will save me money.

Breakfast- None :-(
Lunch - Cobb Salad from Wendy's

Dinner - Grilled Chicken and Spinach, red onions, mushroom and cheese omlette.
