So far so good...

Last night I did Burn 1 of ChaLean Extreme. I need some selectech weights though or I use the resistance bands. Later this evening I plan to do the Day 1 of Couch to 5K. 25 minutes of cardio

Food:

Breakfast - Vegetable Beef Soup
Lunch - Grilled Chicken Salad
Dinner - Grilled Chicken and Omelette? Keep you updated in the morning
