I'm lazy and I know it. When I get off work it's time for me to pick up my son(2 yrs), feed him, eat dinner, watch TV, clean up around the house/yard and then go to sleep to do it all over again. I can DVR most of the stuff I watch during the week that will cut down on TV time and I normally spot clean during the week so I don't need to cut that out, it's winter time now so I don't have to do anything in the yard, and I can probably prepare my meals on Sunday(Rest Day) for both programs and iron my clothes for the week
So I've rethought this plan. I need to calculate how many calories(low carb as well) to lose weight and incorporate exercise. I won Insanity on ebay for $90 with $10 shipping = $100. $100 bucks you might say that's a lot to pay but I thought about it this... I spend $50 dollars on food and fast food a week and other misc stuff like hair products, nails products and other beauty stuff since that $100 is now gone. (Paypal don't play when you hit that "Send" button") that less food that I will put in my mouth and I have ton of beauty products I need to use up before this year is over so I'm good. :-)
So I'm going to attempt - (scrath that) DO Insanity in the morning and ChaLean in the evening. I might even try to fit in ChaLean during lunch at work ifffff I can find my gym card and can use my laptop as a DVD player. They have a better selection of free weights than I do at home anyway.
I've printed out the following to add to my notebook of fitness:
Insanity Calendar
ChaLean Calenday
ChaLean Rep and Weight Log
Insanity Fit Test Sheet
Beach Body Measurement Guide - Before & After
We will just say that January 17th is the drop dead start date. I entered the dates on the Insanity and ChaLean Calendars.
Insanity: January 17th through March 20th
ChaLean: January 17th through April 26th
As far as hair...I've been wearing my hair in a ponytail for the past two weeks. I'm about 3 weeks post relaxer and I going to attempt to stretch until my ChaLean circuit is over.
